A recent issue was found with two VIVED Learning applications. When trying to activate VIVED Anatomy, you may see the following error messages.
User key already activated on this device but it's not found in the license file. Contact support@vivedlearning.com for assistance.
or when trying to activate VIVED Chemistry.
User key already activated
Perform the following steps to work around this issue and be able to license either of these applications.
- Open File Explorer, browse to C:\ProgramData\VIVED\Common. ProgramData is generally a hidden folder by Windows. You may need to type the location into the address bar as shown in the following screen shot.
- Delete the deviceID.txt file.
- Launch VIVED Anatomy or VIVED Chemistry to license normally.
