If you get the following message: To launch this content use your zSpace device
Make sure you are using Chrome web browser. Currently, zCentral is only supported using Chrome. If you are using Chrome, make sure the zCentral Web Service is running on your system. This can be done by the following.
- Right click on the Windows task bar and select Task Manager.
- Click on the Services tab. If you do not see the Services tab, click on More Details in the bottom left corner.
- Look for zSpaceWebSupportService. Make sure the status is Running.
Tip: zSpaceWebSupportService should automatically start when Windows starts. If after rebooting your zSpaceWebSupportService is not running, contact zSpace Customer Support for other options.
