In the next few weeks, zSpace Customer Support will be migrating to a new customer ticketing system. This change will allow for better account management within Customer Support and better visibility of your issues to our sales team. This change will be largely transparent to nearly all users. The two primary differences you may notice are:
- Emails will be formatted differently. Emails from Customer Support will look more like standard emails than before.
- Login to our ticketing portal will no longer be available. For the few individuals who may have accessed their tickets through our zSpace portal, this feature will no longer be available. No other planned changes are coming to our knowledge base.
You will still be able to contact us the same way you have always through:
- Chat on zSpace Customer Support website at support.zspace.com
- Email at email@example.com
- Phone at 1-877-977-2231
You can also expect and relay on the same, timely support that you experience today.

Update 1: The date has been set to migrate to our new system, August 16th. If on or after August 16, if you have any issues emailing zSpace Support, please call us directly or contact us on chat as both of those systems will not be impacted by our migration.
