zSpace has received several reports of the zSpace Experience window minimizing when using the application with zView. When a user is running zSpace Experience with zView and attempts to select the zView application to make adjustments, the zSpace Experience Window minimizes. The cause is that the zSpace Experience has inadvertently gone into a windowed mode.
To resolve the issue, open zSpace Experience and select ALT+Enter. This will set zSpace Experience to the correct setting. You can then launch zView and select the application and zSpace Experience will remain open.
