Export activity will not save

If you are trying to save a file or activity to a protected folder on your zSpace system, the application will function as if it allows you to export and save, but you will not be able to see the activity when you go to retrieve or look for the activity.  Everything appears to work, but the activity is not saved.

One way you can check if a folder is protected is from File Explorer, try and copy a file into the folder you are trying to save initially.  If it does not allow you to do this, than you do not have permissions to write to that folder.

To resolve this, you can try and save to a different folder on your zSpace system or contact your IT administrator to grant the necessary folder permissions.
