Cyber Science connectivity test:

Provided by Cyber Science

This will run a test to see if the application can connect to the required databases and servers online. It will display a log on the right side and the result of the test on the left-hand side. If either test fails, then the application is not able to connect properly, likely due to proxy or firewall issues.

There are 3 versions of this test; basic .exe, .exe with OpenGL, and the web-based version. Each of these are the same tests ran in a different environment. Only one of the options needs to be selected. The basic .exe is the recommended version to select. The web test is a quickest and simplest but it has been reported that some schools may pass the web test then fail the local test.
