Customers who renew their license for zSpace STEM applications beyond the 30 days of the expiration date may experience an issue when trying to license their systems again.
Upon launching the application, the user will prompted to enter the license key. When entering the original license key, even if the key has been renewed, the user may receive the following error:
Though the key has been renewed, the number of activations for the license needs to be reset. If you experience this issue, please contact zSpace Customer Support for assistance. Please have your license key available so that zSpace Customer Support can quickly find your key to reset the activation count and get your applications up and running.
